Salmon Rolls

A very quick smoked salmon appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Bran bread (tramezini) – 2 slices
  • Smoked salmon, sliced – 150 g
  • Unsalted butter or margarine – 100 g
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Dill greens – 5 branches
  • Chives – 5 branches
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Take two slices of bread, lightly roll each slice with a rolling pin. Set the slice aside.
  2. Let’s start preparing the filling. In a saucepan, lightly melt the unsalted butter, add lemon juice, chopped chives, ground black pepper, and grease each slice of bread with butter with additives.
  3. Place smoked salmon slices on each slice.
  4. Wrap the bread with the filling in the form of a roll, and wrap each roll with cling film. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  5. Before serving, take it out of the refrigerator, remove the film, cut the roll into pieces, no more than 2 cm thick. Put it on a dish and decorate it with chopped dill.
