- 250 g spinach
- 250 g cheese (e.. Gouda, medium-aed)
- 200 g herbal cream cheese
- 1 pack smoked salmon
- salt and pepper

- Mix the eggs with the spinach, then add a pinch of salt and pepper. A baking sheet is quickly lined with parchment paper, and pour the mixture of eggs, spinach, salt and pepper on it.
- Now add the grated Gouda cheese or cheese of your choice and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C top and bottom heat. Now you need some time! The mass then has to cool down.
- Then spread the herbal cream cheese on the solidified mass. Place the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese. Now carefully roll everything up. Wrap in clear or aluminum foil and put in the refrigerator, even 8 hours before consumption. The better it tastes.
- I`ve also tried heating the roll in the microwave and then serving it warm. It was also very well received by my guests. It`s just that reheating spinach isn`t for everyone.
