Ingredients

  • 300 g creamed spinach (frozen)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Thaw the spinach and mix with the eggs. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Place in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes until it turns brown. Let cool down a little.
  3. Brush with cream cheese and top with the salmon slices. Roll up slowly from the long side and wrap tightly with aluminum foil.
  4. Place the roll in the refrigerator for about 8 hours until you are ready to use it.
