Salmon Roll with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pack salmon, smoked, real Norwegian
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 bunch dill (or frozen dill)
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread out the aluminum foil approx. 50 x 40 cm and brush with oil. Lay the salmon slices together nicely (leave no gaps). Mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped spring onions, chopped dill, finely chopped leftover salmon (cut off the edge so it looks nice and clean) and season with salt and pepper. Then distribute evenly on the laid out salmon. Roll up the whole thing with the help of the aluminum foil (use aluminum foil only as a rolling aid!).
  2. Freeze (or at least freeze) and if necessary remove from the freezer in good time (!) And cut into approx. 2 cm slices.
