  • Salmon, smoked
  • 1 point cream cheese
  • 1 leek, small, cut into fine strips
  • 1 carrot (s), also finely grated
  • Crêpes, ready-baked

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the leek and carrot strips. Spread the cream cheese mixture thinly on the crepes, cover with smoked salmon and roll up tightly.
  2. Cut the roll into approx. 0.5 cm wide slices and serve (e.g. on cold platters with fish or cheese) - looks very nice and tastes delicious!
  3. Tip: freshly bake pancakes (crepes) in a pan.
