Ingredients

  • 3 turkey schnitzel
  • 20 leaves spinach, more or less depending on the leaf size
  • 3 slices Emmentaler
  • 3 slices cooked ham
  • 2 packet bacon
  • some mayonnaise
  • some mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly BBQ sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Plate the turkey schnitzel and lightly salt and pepper on both sides. Then spread a thin layer of mustard and mayonnaise on one side. Place the spinach leaves on top, then boiled ham and then the Emmentaler, cut the leaves or slices to size if necessary. The cheese shouldn`t stick out.
  2. Roll up the turkey schnitzel and wrap with bacon slices. Place in a roasting pan and cook in the oven at approx. 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 45 - 60 minutes or grill indirectly until the desired browning.
  3. Tip: Smear every 5 minutes with BBQ sauce from around 30 minutes of baking / grilling time.
