Turkey Roll

I would like to offer an interesting turkey roll for the festive table. I stuffed the meat with tangerines and cheese, it turned out sweet and delicious! Rate my dish, share your impressions in the comments.

Ingredients

  • Turkey fillet  – 700 Grams
  • Mandarin – 1 Piece
  • Hard cheese – 100 Grams
  • Provencal Herbs – 2-3 Pinch
  • Salt – 2-3 pinches

Directions

  1. Prepare food. Wash and dry the turkey meat. Take your favorite spices and salt. Let’s get started!
  2. Beat the turkey fillet well with a hammer, sprinkle with salt and aromatic herbs and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Spread the grated cheese over the fillets. Peel the tangerines from films and seeds. Lay them out, as in the photo, or just in the center.
  4. Roll the meat tightly into a roll. Tie with culinary thread. Wrap in foil and place in the oven for 45 minutes, temperature – 180 degrees.
  5. Open the foil, brown the top of the roll. Let it cool slightly, then serve in cut portions. Holiday greetings!
