Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillet (s)
  • 4 sage leaves, depending on taste and leaf size
  • 4 slices Parma ham, or other air-dried Italian ham
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Thaw the salmon, pat dry and season with pepper. Cover each fillet with 2-4 saber leaves, wrap each with 2 slices of ham and place in an ovenproof dish. Moisten with a few drops of olive oil.
  2. Place in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Be careful with salt. The ham gives off a lot of salt, so I don`t use it at all.
  4. Mashed potatoes with pesto and salad, or pasta with salad, go well with this.
