Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pack salmon (smoked salmon)
  • Garlic to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash white wine
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 250 g spahetti

Instructions

  1. First, chop the peppers (possibly with the blender, I have a special attachment) and fry them in a pan with a little water. You can do this for 10 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the time. Deglaze with a small dash of white wine, but also let it boil off. Then the whipped cream is added and is boiled down to a nice sauce. Season with garlic, salt, pepper and chili powder and finally add the salmon in small pieces.
  2. Mix with the freshly cooked al dente spaghetti.
