Ingredients

  • 600 g spinach leaves, frozen, creamed spinach
  • 500 g salmon fillet (s), frozen
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 2 cups cream
  • some sauce thickener
  • some sage, fresher
  • some oregano, fresher
  • some thyme
  • some rosemary
  • some dill tips
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g mozzarella, rated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Lasagne plate (s), (without precooking)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen salmon and spinach and fry briefly in a saucepan. Add the cream, a little olive oil, the herbs with the garlic (chopped) and the shrimp. Bring to the boil and set to the desired consistency with a sauce thickener. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a little mozzarella to the mixture.
  2. Layer alternately with lasagne sheets in a greased casserole dish. The top layer must not consist of lasagne sheets!
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has a nice golden brown color.
