  • 2 salmon steak (s) á 00 g
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon wine, white
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon steaks in a greased ovenproof dish, drizzle with a little lemon juice on both sides and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sour cream with the white wine, season, add the spring onion cut into rings and spread over the salmon.
  2. Cook with the lid closed (or microwave foil) at 700 watts for about 8-10 minutes.
