Ingredients

  • 220 g salmon fillet (s), slihtly frozen
  • 50 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 6 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • White pepper from the mill
  • Vinaigrette (tomato vinaigrette, in my recipes)
  • possibly rocket
  • possibly dandelions
  • possibly salad

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 125 °.
  2. Mix all ingredients up to and including pepper in a blender, place in four buttered molds, put them in a casserole dish half filled with water for 25 minutes in the oven.
  3. Pour one each on the middle of a plate, cover with rocket, dandelion and / or seasonal salads. Drizzle over a tomato vinaigrette.
  4. Serve with a sesame stick or baguette. Dark wholemeal bread also tastes good with it.
