Ingredients
- 1 small iceberg lettuce
- 1 packet tomato (s) (cocktail tomatoes)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 onion (s)
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar (
- salt and pepper
- Sugar, to taste
- Herbs Provence or fresh herbs your choice
- 200 ml cream

- Peel the onion and cut into very fine cubes. Clean the iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces, wash in a sieve and drain well. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half. Wash and dice the cucumber. Put everything together in a salad bowl.
- For the dressing, mix the ingredients mentioned above and pour over the salad just before serving.
