Ingredients
- 1 small iceberg lettuce
- 1 small can Mandarine (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream (alternatively yoghurt)
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 1 red pepper (s)

- Wash, clean and pluck iceberg lettuce. Drain the tangerines. Peel and slice the banana.
- Mix the sour cream (or yogurt) with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and flavor.
- Wash, clean and dice the peppers and add to the marinade. Add the tangerines and bananas.
- Finally, add the marinade to the iceberg lettuce and mix everything together.
- Serve immediately.
