Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into small pieces
- 150 g peas, frozen
- 1 red pepper (s), diced
- 125 g cheese, Edam or Gouda cheese, diced
- 1 small Glass Miracel Whip
- 100 g bacon, lean, smoked, diced

- Layer the iceberg lettuce, peas, bell pepper and cheese one after the other. Spread the glass of Miracel over the last layer.
- Fry the bacon nicely and pour over it without the liquid fat. Cover the bowl with foil or a lid and put in a cool place.
- Stir thoroughly before serving so that everything mixes well.
- I always prepare the salad in the morning when we want to eat it in the evening.
