Ingredients
- 1 medium iceberg lettuce
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 pinch (s) pepper
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

- Remove the stalk from the head of lettuce, quarter the head and cut into slices about 1 cm in size. Put the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- Pour the ingredients for the dressing into a separate bowl or shaker and whisk vigorously at the end. Now just season to taste, pour over the salad and mix.
- The salad should now steep for at least 15-20 minutes.
