Ingredients
- 600 g broccoli
- 100 ml broth, clear
- 4 salmon steak (s)
- 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
- some mustard
- 1 lemon (s), cut into wedges

- Put the broccoli, lemon wedges and 100 ml clear stock in a roasting tube. Season the salmon steaks and place on top. Mix the crème fraiche with the mustard and spread over the top. Close the foil.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes.
