Instructions

  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and rub with dill and mustard. Fry in a pan with oil.
  2. Chop the onion very finely and fry it in a little olive oil with about the same amount of dill. Not too long, otherwise it will be bitter! Add 2 tablespoons of mustard and heat until the mustard becomes creamy. Add 1.5 cups of cream and season with salt, pepper, sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. Optionally, you can also add a little Worcester sauce to create a pleasantly sweet taste, as can be found in Scandinavian cuisine. Serve the salmon with the sauce, I love rice with it.

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
