  • 250 g suar, brown
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • 50 g butter
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 100 g milk
  • 500 g cream
  • 4 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Place a metal bowl in the freezer to pre-cool.
