Ingredients

  • 4 small veal schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 4 slices Parma ham

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel very thinly, season with salt (sparingly) and pepper. Place 3 sage leaves on each schnitzel. Place a slice of Parma ham on each schnitzel. Roll up the schnitzel tightly.
  2. Place the schnitzel rolls one behind the other and stick 4 kebab skewers side by side through all 4 rolls. Then cut between the skewers.
  3. Grill over medium heat for about 8 minutes.
  4. It also tastes very good with pork minute steaks.
