Ingredients

  • 400 g caramel candy (s) (cream caramel, e.. Muh-Muh, Flecki etc.)
  • 2 packs condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 1 pinch salt, a little more if you like
  • 300 ml rum

Instructions

  1. Heat the condensed milk with the cream caramels in a saucepan (do not boil). Add sugar and salt and stir until the candies have melted.
  2. Add the rum only after it has cooled down. Pour the liqueur into a bottle. Makes approx. 800 - 1000 ml of liqueur.
  3. Tips: You can also prepare the liqueur with vodka, I personally like it better with rum.
  4. Instead of condensed milk you can also use cream or milk, with cream the liqueur becomes thicker and with milk it is a little more watery.
  5. Always a good gift and is perfect for a girls` evening.
