Samsa with Fragrant Cilantro

Minced meat samosa with aromatic cilantro.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 250 g
  • Meat – gram 200
  • Coriander – 3 pinches
  • Ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro greens – 5-6 branches
  • Onions – 200 g (the same as meat, or more)
  • Garlic – 2 cloves

Directions

  1. I took purchased dough for samsa.
  2. Roll out the dough to 2-3 millimeters, put minced meat on it, pinch in the form of a triangle.
  3. Lubricate with yolk slightly diluted with water, sprinkle with pepper, and put the samsa in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
