Sandwich In a Baguette with Shrimps and Vegetables

Sandwich with shrimps, vegetables, scrambled eggs, black chili sauce. Sandwich baguette – homemade.

Ingredients
Tiger shrimps – 5 pcs.
Green olives – 6 pcs.
Cucumber – 15 g
Cherry tomatoes – 25 g
Chicken egg – 1 pc.
Black chili sauce For the dough:
Flour – 200 g
Water – 100 g
Dry yeast – 0.5 teaspoon
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 2 teaspoon For the sauce:
Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
Granular mustard – 1 teaspoon
Honey – 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Tabasco – 7 drops
Directions
Mix two parts flour with one part water. Add oil, salt, yeast, sugar, stir with a spoon – and you should get a liquid mass, you can’t even call it a dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave warm for 4 hours.
Transfer the dough to a work surface with a lot of flour, sprinkle the dough on top with flour and mix the flour into the dough, bending the edges to the center. We give the dough as much flour as it takes, so that it can be picked up for further work, and no more.
Form two baguettes, folding the edges inward. Transfer to parchment sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the baguettes with flour, cover with a deep bowl, and let rise for about an hour.
Transfer to an oven preheated to 240 degrees. Cook for 10 minutes with a covered iron bowl. Thus, we will steam them a little, and let them grow in size.
Next, remove the bowl and cook until blush. We do not transfer the grate, cover with a towel, let cool.
Fry shrimps with garlic for one minute.
Fry the omelet, let it cool, roll it up, cut into strips.
Mix the shrimp, omelette, olives with rings, cherry halves, cucumber slices, dill, parsley and black chili sauce. It can be substituted for sweet chili. Sold in any market.
Cut the baguette lengthwise and bake in a grill pan. Lubricate with sauce, lay the filling.
