Sandwiches with Boiled Eggs, Pickles and Sausages Spread

Delicious sandwiches with a spread of boiled eggs, pickles, and sausages can be prepared very quickly and easily. Such a simple snack has a pleasant aroma and a spicy, rich taste. Quite a budget option for a snack or receiving unexpected guests!
Ingredients
- White bread – 150 g
- Milk sausages – 100 g
- Pickled cucumbers – 60 g
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise – 40 g
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
For the filling (optional):
- Fresh parsley – 1-2 branches
Directions
- Peel the sausages from the factory shell and grate on a medium grater into a deep bowl.
- Place the eggs in a saucepan or stewpan, cover with water and add a pinch of salt so that the eggs do not crack during cooking. Set to maximum heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook eggs for 8 minutes. Pour boiled eggs with cold water and leave to cool for about 5-7 minutes.
Peel the eggs, grate on a medium grater, and place in a bowl. - Also, grate the pickles on a medium grater and put them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Heat a dry frying pan without oil over medium heat. Place the bread slices in a skillet and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Peel the garlic and rub the fried croutons with it on both sides – the sandwiches will turn out to be spicy and aromatic.
- Place the sausage, pickles and boiled egg spread on the toasted bread and flatten. Serve ready-made sandwiches to the table, sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
