Sandwiches with Sprats And Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Sprats in oil – 8 pcs.
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 16 slices
  • Cream cheese (Philadelphia, etc.) – 3 tablespoon.
  • White bread – 8 slices
  • Parmesan cheese – 40 g
  • Greens (watercress) – for decoration

Directions

  1. To make the sandwiches crispy, it is advisable to brown the bread in a non-greasy frying pan, in the oven, or a toaster, until golden brown. But first, it is advisable to cut off the crust from it so that the croutons around the edges are not hard.
  2. Allow the browned bread to cool down.
  3. Spread them with cream cheese.
  4. Place sprat on each slice.
  5. Place sun-dried tomato slices on the sides.
  6. Cut the parmesan into thin strips, garnish with cheese. Layout for elegance on a sprig of greenery next to the fish.
  7. The result is a great combination of products. And the dish looks beautiful on the festive table.
