Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta
  • Salt water
  • 3 shallot (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in salted water. Cut the shallots into rings and the peppers into slices. Peel and press the garlic.
  2. Fry everything in a pan, deglaze with cream, add tomato paste, ketchup, tuna and capers and simmer for a minute. Finally, toss the pasta in the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
