Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped oatmeal, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 100 g yourt, up to 1.5% fat
  • 100 g cream cheese, up to 1% fat
  • 1 handful cherry (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
  • 5 ml sweetener

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat
  2. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a squeeze of lemon juice until stiff.
  3. In a second bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, with the exception of the cherries and bananas, to a slightly firmer, creamy mixture. Then carefully fold in the egg white.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a baking dish, spread the cherries and the sliced banana on top and pour the rest of the mixture over the fruit.
  5. Bake in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown. Let the casserole cool down a little and enjoy lukewarm.
  6. We eat it at home as a sweet breakfast. It is also very good as a warm dessert
