Ingredients
- 250 g ribbon noodles
- 300 g ham (smoked turkey ham)
- 200 g cheese (rated Emmentaler)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon clarified butter
- 400 g sauerkraut (wine sauerkraut with bacon) from the can
- g cherry tomato
- 1 tablespoon marjoram
- 125 ml cream

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Cut the turkey breast into fine strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
- Sauté the onion in hot clarified butter. Then add the turkey breast strips and shortly afterwards the sauerkraut. Let everything stew for about 5 minutes. Carefully fold the quartered tomatoes into the sauerkraut mixture. Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the cabbage and pasta alternately in a baking dish. Scatter the grated cheese on top. Mix the cream with marjoram and pour over the casserole.
- Cook for about 30 minutes.
