Ingredients

  • 300 g beef steak (s), lean
  • 2 teaspoons spices (gyros)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 bell pepper (s), (1 yellow and 1 red)
  • 1 can sauerkraut, (drained weight 400g)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 4 tortilla (s), wheat
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 50 g liht mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Wake the meat, pat dry, cut into thin strips and mix with the gyros spice.
  2. Peel and dice the garlic cloves and onions. Wash the peppers and cut into strips, drain the sauerkraut.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat, garlic and onions vigorously. Fold in the sauerkraut and paprika strips and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sour cream on the tortilla cakes and spread the sauerkraut and meat mixture on top. Roll up the tortillas and place them in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Grate the mozzarella and sprinkle over the tortillas.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven (circulating air approx. 180 ° C, electric stove approx. 200 ° C) for approx. 15 minutes.
  6. A herb quark goes well with it (calculate extra!)
