Saury Sandwiches

An interesting variant of canned fish sandwiches that can be prepared for a family snack or a buffet table.

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Saira – 1 can
  • Rye bread – 400 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Small tomato – 3-4 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Parsley – a few twigs

How to make saury sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Drain the water or oil from the canned food, divide each piece of fish in half, remove the ridge.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into slices.
  3. Cut the bread into 1 cm slices.
  4. Preheat a grill pan and brown the bread on both sides until crisp.
  5. Rub the croutons with garlic to taste.
  6. Cut the egg into slices.
  7. Lightly brush the sandwiches with mayonnaise.
  8. Place the tomatoes on top of the mayonnaise.
  9. Place a boiled egg on top of the tomatoes.
  10. Then we spread the saury.
  11. And decorate with the remaining mayonnaise or fresh parsley.
