Ingredients
- 500 g cheese, cut into sticks Gouda
- 500 g sausae, ham sausae cut into sticks
- 1 bunch spring onions, cleaned, cut into rings
- 1 bunch radishes, cleaned, cut into sticks
- 3 large pickles, cut into sticks
- 3 tablespoon oil, tasteless
- 3 tablespoon white vinegar
- 150 ml cucumber liquid
- sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cut the Gouda, sausage, radishes and cucumber into sticks.
- Spring onions in thin rings.
- Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and pour over everything.
- Mix everything well and let it steep for at least 2 hours.
- A fresh ciabatta bread tastes good with it.
