Ingredients
- 1 packet sausages with 8 pieces
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1 handful paprika strips (frozen), more if necessary
- 1 can corn
- 3 tablespoon tomato paste
- some oil for frying
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- salt
- pepper
- Vegetable broth, grained
- possibly ketchup if necessary
- possibly sauce thickener or cornstarch
- some water
- 1 pack sauce powder, dark

- First peel and dice the onions. Then halve the sausages and cut into slices. Fry everything in a heated saucepan with a little oil so that almost all pieces of sausage are lightly browned. Then deglaze with water (here you take as much sauce as you want later to have). Then add a little vegetable stock and the mushrooms. Let everything simmer a little so that it pulls through a bit. Now, one after the other, add paprika strips, tomato paste, corn and the packet of sauce powder.
- Only season to taste with paprika powder, salt, pepper, vegetable stock and ketchup.
- If the sauce is too thin, just add some starch or dark sauce thickener.
- Noodles taste best with it - but potatoes can also be served with it.
