Ingredients

  • 300 g sausae (Lyoner)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 cucumber (s)
  • 6 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 6 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • Garlic powder and / or paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the Lyoner, pickles and onion either into slices or strips. Put everything in a bowl. Add the vinegar, oil, water, mustard and parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper (possibly garlic and paprika). Mix well and let it steep for at least an hour.
