Ingredients
- 400 g meat sausae, cut into strips
- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), coarsely rated
- 3 shallot (s), cut into wafer-thin slices
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 2 tablespoon chives
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
- 9 tablespoon oil, (walnut oil)
- 5 pickles, finely diced

- Rub a bowl with the halved clove of garlic.
- Mix the sausage, cheese, onions and cucumber in the bowl. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, oil and chives into a vinaigrette and fold into the sausage salad.
