Ingredients

  • 400 g meat sausae, cut into strips
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), coarsely rated
  • 3 shallot (s), cut into wafer-thin slices
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 2 tablespoon chives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar, (white wine vinegar)
  • 9 tablespoon oil, (walnut oil)
  • 5 pickles, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Rub a bowl with the halved clove of garlic.
  2. Mix the sausage, cheese, onions and cucumber in the bowl. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, oil and chives into a vinaigrette and fold into the sausage salad.
