Sausage Salad with Cheese

• 150 g meat sausae
• 50 g cheese (Emmentaler or Gouda)
• 1 onion (s), red
• 100 g pickled cucumber (s)
• 2 tablespoon water
• 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
• 1 sachet ready mix for salad dressing (garden herbs)

Instructions

1. Peel the sausage, cut in half and cut into thin strips. Also cut the cheese into strips. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into wafer-thin rings. Cut the pickles into slices as well.
2. Then make a marinade from 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and 1 sachet of ready-mixed mixture. Mix all ingredients with the marinade and let it steep for at least 15 minutes.
