Ingredients
- 150 g butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cayenne pepper
- 1 chilli pepper (s), red
- Salt and pepper, from the mill

- Core the chilli pepper and dice very finely. Press the garlic.
- Mix all ingredients in a deep plate with a fork. Season the chilli butter to taste and store in the refrigerator until serving.
- Tastes particularly delicious with freshly baked ciabatta and grilled steak.
