Ingredients
- 5 egg (s)
- 500 ml milk
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water
- 400 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 small bell peppers, diced
- Salami or Chorizo, sliced
- some parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper

- Mix the first 6 ingredients in a bowl with the mixer until the dough is nice and smooth.
- Heat the olive oil in the pan and add an amount of batter appropriate to the size of the pan to the hot pan. Immediately distribute a handful of diced paprika and the sausage slices on top. Lightly press. Drizzle a little dough on top and sprinkle with the freshly grated parmesan. When the bottom of the pancake is nicely browned, turn it over.
- The pancake is ready when the second side has also turned a golden brown color. Now salt and pepper.
- A mixed salad goes well with it. You can vary the pancakes by e.g., mushrooms or zucchini are used.
