Ingredients
- 130 g savoy cabbae
- salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light, with honey
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tablespoon chives, frozen
- 30 g cooked ham

- Clean the savoy cabbage leaves and cut out the thick central rib. Lay the leaves on top of each other and cut across into thin strips. Put the strips in a large bowl, sprinkle with a little salt and knead vigorously for a few minutes. The savoy cabbage leaves become soft and lose their volume.
- In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mustard, water, sugar and pepper to a dressing. Mix in the savoy cabbage strips and chives and season to taste. Cut the ham into fine strips and fold into the salad.
- Arrange the salad on a platter, garnish and serve.
