Ingredients

  • 130 g savoy cabbae
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light, with honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tablespoon chives, frozen
  • 30 g cooked ham

Instructions

  1. Clean the savoy cabbage leaves and cut out the thick central rib. Lay the leaves on top of each other and cut across into thin strips. Put the strips in a large bowl, sprinkle with a little salt and knead vigorously for a few minutes. The savoy cabbage leaves become soft and lose their volume.
  2. In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, mustard, water, sugar and pepper to a dressing. Mix in the savoy cabbage strips and chives and season to taste. Cut the ham into fine strips and fold into the salad.
  3. Arrange the salad on a platter, garnish and serve.
