- 300 g veetables, frozen, mixed e.. with carrots, peas, beans, corn
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 250 g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 g herbal cream cheese

- Thaw the frozen vegetables in a pan with the oil and fry a little.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the muffin tin.
- Mix flour with baking powder, add eggs, salt and 2/3 of the cream cheese. Use a hand mixer with a dough hook to make a dough, then knead in the vegetables.
- Pour the batter into the muffin pan, flake the rest of the cream cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
