Ingredients
- 750 g savoy cabbae
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 2 medium onion (s)
- 50 g bacon
- 350 g pork meat
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon broth, clear
- salt and pepper
- Fat, for the baking dish
- 75 g cheese, rated Gouda cheese
- nutmeg

- Wash the savoy cabbage and cut into strips, cut the onions and potatoes into cubes. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and set aside.
- Fry onions, potatoes and savoy cabbage in portions and season, sprinkle with flour on the last portion, then deglaze with broth and sweat.
- Let everything stew in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes. Sear the mince and add to the savoy cabbage with the bacon and stir together, season everything together, season again if necessary.
- Grease the baking dish, fill in the savoy cabbage and sprinkle with the cheese, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
