Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 200 g ham, lean, diced
- 200 g cream cheese, with herbs, 5% fat
- 200 g milk, 1.5% fat
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 20 g butter
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions.
- Clean the savoy cabbage and cut into fine strips. Chop the onion, sauté in 1 tablespoon oil until translucent. Add the ham cubes and fry vigorously. Briefly fry the savoy cabbage, deglaze with 4 tablespoons of water and stew for 10 minutes.
- Whisk the cream cheese with milk and season well with salt and pepper. Mix everything with the pasta and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and top with flakes of butter. Bake at 200 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
