Ingredients
- 600 g Maultaschen, with meat or with veetables
- 1 small Head cauliflower
- 1 small Head broccoli
- 200 g cream cheese, with herbs, 5% absolute fat
- 250 ml Cremefine, for cooking, or cream
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- Pinch nutmeg
- 100 g cheese, rated, for ratinatin

- Wash broccoli and cauliflower and cut into florets, briefly blanch or steam for 8-10 minutes in the steamer.
- Cut the dumplings into strips. Layer half of the Maultaschen in a baking dish, cover with a layer of broccoli / cauliflower, another layer of Maultaschen and finally another layer of vegetables.
- For the sauce, mix 150 ml of vegetable stock with cream cheese and Cremefine, season well with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in a few fresh herbs as needed. If the sauce is too runny for you, you can stir in some locust bean gum or sauce thickener.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture in the baking dish and cover with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
