  • 200 ml red wine
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 3 leeks
  • 3 carrot (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the ravioli diagonally and place in a baking dish. Sear the minced meat, season and deglaze with the cream. Then melt the processed cheese in the sauce and then add the red wine.
  2. Wash the leek and carrots and cut into small pieces. Boil a little in a saucepan with a little water, then drain in a colander. Then pour the leeks and carrots over the ravioli in the baking dish.
  3. Then just pour the minced meat and cheese sauce over the Maultaschen and leek mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese as required. Place in the oven at 200 ° C (circulating air) for approx. 15 - 25 minutes on the middle rail.
