Ingredients

  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 1 packet bacon, mixed or bacon, diced
  • 1 cup cream or creme fraiche
  • 2 tablespoon beef broth, instant
  • Salt and pepper, pepper
  • Ground caraway seeds
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry briefly in the pan. Add the cabbage cut into strips and fry everything well. So that the cabbage turns a little brown. Then season with caraway seeds, broth, pepper and a little salt.
  2. Fill the whole thing up with about 1/4 liter to 0.5 liter of water and then add the cream. Let everything boil and season to taste. If the sauce is a little too thin, it may be thickened a little with Mondamin Sauce Thickener.
  3. In addition, we always have homemade mashed potatoes.
