Ingredients

  • 12 shrimp (s), without shell, deveined
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dash cream
  • 2 teaspoons pesto (basil)
  • 1 handful spinach leaves, fresh
  • some parmesan
  • 250 g pasta
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Finely dice the onion and garlic. Briefly fry the prawns with a little oil in a pan on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Sauté the onion in the same pan, then add the garlic with a dash of cream and simmer a little. Stir in the pesto and parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Finally add the washed spinach leaves and the prawns and simmer for just a few seconds.
  4. Swirl the pasta in the sauce and serve directly on the preheated plates.
