Ingredients
- 75 g butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tomato (s)
- 2 small onions
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano
- 500 g scampi
- 250 ml white wine, dry
- salt and pepper

- Melt the butter, let the onions and garlic in it turn golden brown. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, add and after about 2 minutes pour in the wine.
- Season to taste with the herbs and spices. Put the scampi in the sauce and heat them up.
- Serve with rice or fresh baguette as a starter. I like it best when the dish is a bit pulled through.
