- 150 g rice
- 200 g shrimp (s) or scampi, ready to cook
- salt
- cardamom
- turmeric
- Ginger powder
- Chili powder
- 1 tomato (s)

- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, fry the prawns and season with salt, cardamom, turmeric, ginger and chilli. Then cut the tomato into cubes, add and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Now mix the rice and prawns together and serve.
