  • 1 glass asparagus
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce, ready-made or homemade
  • 2 slices cheese, Gouda
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the pan

Instructions

  1. Wash the two schnitzel and turn them in flour. Mix the egg and season with salt and pepper. Turn the schnitzel in the egg and then pull it through the breadcrumbs from both sides.
  2. Fry the schnitzel in a pan with a little fat.
  3. Then place in a baking dish. Spread the asparagus on the schnitzel. Pour the hollandaise sauce over the schnitzel and top with the Gouda cheese.
  4. Baked in the oven at approx. 200 ° C for approx. 30 minutes. If the cheese turns too brown, cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Fried potatoes and cabbage salad taste very good with it.
