Instructions

  1. First season the schnitzel on both sides. Whisk the eggs with the milk and prepare the breadcrumbs. Bread the schnitzel on both sides. Put aside.
  2. Then clean the onions and cut into small cubes. Wash and clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Now put in a pan and sweat the whole thing. Then add the cream, the sauce thickener, if you like, and the stock cube.
  3. The schnitzel can now be fried in another pan. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Stir again and again. This goes well with croquettes or French fries.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
