Ingredients

  • 1 kg banana (s), ripe
  • 5 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g hazelnuts, round
  • 250 ml banana (s) - nectar
  • 1 pack Gelfix (3: )
  • 4 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, cut into thick slices and then use the hand blender in a bowl to make banana puree. Then add cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, nuts and banana nectar.
  2. Mix the Gelfix with the sugar and stir into the mixture. Bring everything to the boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, and simmer for about 3 minutes (also stirring constantly, otherwise it can stick).
  3. Then fill 6 prepared, small jars with screw caps, close tightly and place on the lid for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Tip: You can also use sweetener instead of sugar or add cinnamon, raisins and gingerbread spice to taste.
  5. A real and tasty alternative to the Nutella calorie bomb.
